Founded RMB in 1985 after decades of experience with the FDNY. Rich is devoted to research, expediting, and interacting with Building Departments, Planning Boards, Boards of Appeal, and various other Planning and Zoning Commissions.

Richard’s experience speaks for itself. He’s a retired Fire Marshal of 37 years, a retired Fire Captain of an FD Engine Company.
Previous experience as Lead Marshal on large industrial projects (Amazon, Fed-Ex, UPS, warehouses, production locations), hazmat locations, and water treatment buildings, on site on all film & television productions filmed in Nassau County, and all pyrotechnic events and Industrial Fire Protection Plan Reviewer and for all Fire Protection System Testing.
